1. Eligibility

• This promotion is available to new business customers only, being entities that:

• do not hold an active Argus Tracking account at the time of enquiry; and

• have not held an Argus Tracking contract within the preceding 12 months.

• The promotion applies to new subscriptions for VISI, MIDI, OMNI, and VISION AI fleet management plans. LOCI and ASSIST plans are excluded.

• To qualify, customers must:

• submit an enquiry via the official campaign landing page or directly to Argus Tracking by 17 May 2026; and

• enter into a binding service agreement with Argus Tracking by 29 May 2026.

• All applications are subject to Argus Tracking’s credit approval, onboarding, and acceptance criteria.

• The promotion is only available on a minimum contract term of 36 months.

2. Nature of the Promotion

• The “95% Off” offer is provided as a one-off promotional credit.

• The promotional credit is equivalent to 95% of the first monthly software subscription fee for the selected plan.

• This promotion does not constitute a cash discount, rebate, or refund, and no cash alternative will be provided.

3. Application of Promotional Credit

• The promotional credit will be applied within 90 days after all contracted vehicles have been fully installed with Argus Tracking GPS units.

• Argus Tracking reserves the right to withhold application of the promotional credit until installation is completed in full and the customer account is active and in good standing.

4. Scope of Promotion

• The promotional credit applies only to standard software subscription fees and excludes:

• hardware devices or equipment costs;

• installation or de-installation charges;

• optional add-ons or third-party integrations; and

• usage-based or variable charges (including, without limitation, satellite roaming or excess data usage).

• VISION AI Plans:
  For the purposes of this promotion, the promotional credit will be calculated based on the OMNI software subscription component only, regardless of the bundled pricing structure of VISION AI.

• All subsequent invoices will be charged at the standard rates set out in the customer’s agreement.

5. Offer Restrictions

• This promotion:

• is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash;

• cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or incentive unless expressly agreed in writing by Argus Tracking;

• is limited to one (1) promotional credit per legal entity (including related entities under common control, at Argus Tracking’s discretion).

6. Cancellation and Early Termination

• If the customer terminates the agreement before the expiry of the minimum 36-month term, early termination fees will apply in accordance with Argus Tracking’s standard Terms & Conditions.

• Any promotional credit applied under this offer:

• is non-refundable; and

• will not be repaid, credited, or otherwise compensated upon termination.

7. General

• Argus Tracking reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any such changes will not affect customers who have already been confirmed as eligible and have executed an agreement within the promotion period.

• All services are supplied subject to Argus Tracking Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

• All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
